I created Talk Climate Change to me as a way to educate people on climate issues that are near and dear to my heart. As someone who grew up in California and has seen the state I grew up in experience climate catastrophe after catastrophe, it pains me to know that children are growing up thinking that this chaos is normal. I graduated from the University of Portland in 2018 with a BS in Environmental Science and I have every intention of using the knowledge I gained to empower others to make the change that needs to be made. I want to empower people to do their part to make a change by helping bring solutions to the table.
